Returns
Due to the potential of contamination of fountain pen ink and fountain pens, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. Please choose your purchases carefully.
Refunds
We offer refunds only in the case of a faulty or damaged product, where details of the fault or damage are emailed to us, including a photograph (if applicable) to info@vandiemansink.com.au
Once you have made contact, we will endeavor to reply within 2 business days with a solution. In the case of a faulty or damaged product, we will either request that you return the item or will offer you a replacement immediately. If you return the item to us and we then find it to be faulty, we will offer you a replacement, and reimburse you for the return postage. If we find the item to be in working order, we will return it to you at your cost.
